My business is based on relationships, and it’s important to me that I connect with all of my clients, listen to their goals, and carefully craft a strategy to turn their dreams into a reality. I strive to live a life rooted in gratitude, and I do my best to spread joy along the way!

I believe that no one needs someone to sell them a home, so when I work with homebuyers, I try to “un-sell” a home by pointing out hidden deficiencies and not-so-apparent issues that may arise. When we find a house that I can’t “un-sell,” we’ve probably found the right home! For my sellers, I identify the largest demographic of potential buyers and develop a marketing plan to target this group. 

I’ve had the opportunity to hone my communication and negotiation skills thanks to my experience in client service and sales, and during my college years I worked for a general contractor building homes from the ground up. This hands-on work has been invaluable in my real estate career, and I’m able to make sound recommendations to my clients thanks to my knowledge of proper home construction and quality craftsmanship. I work all over the Seattle and Tacoma metro area and am happy to go wherever my clients need me—I absolutely love this aspect of my career! 

Family comes first in my book, and whether that means spending quality time with my amazing spouse or spoiling our nieces and nephews, to me, these moments are what life is all about. Free time is often shared with friends, and we enjoy hiking, boating, home improvement projects, or anything with our German Shepherds.
